Ray Zeigler is a professional musician and private music instructor in Redlands, Ca. He has been performing for over 30 years in a variety of musical styles, including classical, jazz, rock 'n' roll, country, blues, and more. Ray has played venues all over the southwestern United States as a drummer, guitarist, bassist and vocalist.
Ray is also an accomplished full-time music teacher in Redlands with over 17 years of experience, instructing students from ages 5 to 70 in many levels and genres. In his lessons, Ray places an emphasis on reading, playing by ear, music theory, and having fun.
Peggy Zeigler has been playing music since the age of three, performing professionally since 1978, and teaching full-time in Redlands since 1994. Her favorite instruments are bluegrass banjo and mandolin, but she also enjoys teaching piano, guitar, and bass.
Her studio has seen an unusual variety of students from ages 3 to 84, including physicians, college professors, kids with with Autism, ADD, and Alzheimer's patients.
Lessons include reading standard notation, music theory, guitar TAB, colored notes for those with special needs (or just for fun) and playing by ear.
